Enrollment forms for the 2026-2027 school year are now available! Whether your child is new to Friend Public School or returning for another great year, all required enrollment forms can be found using the link below.

Please download, print, and complete the forms before coming to the school if possible. Blank copies will also be available in the school office for families who prefer to complete them in person.
